Our fees are similar to the fees charged by other dentists in the area, and are within the range considered "usual and customary" by most dental insurance companies. At the same time we provide the most up to date technology, a comfortable environment and a very experienced staff.
In order to keep our fees as low as possible, we ask each patients help by paying for their treatments (or the amount not covered by their insurance) at the time of treatment.
We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa and CareCredit. CareCredit is a financing plan we offer at our office which allows patients up to one year to pay for their dental treatments with no interest or other fees.
Put Off Payment, Not Treatment
Insurance:
The amount of benefits your insurance provides depends solely on how much your employer pays monthly for the coverage. Some plans cover as little as 30% or as much as 100% of dental services, with most falling in the 40% to 80% range.
The financial obligation for dental treatment is between you and our office. The insurance company is responsible to you, and not our office. We will assist you in any way that we can to receive the maximum benefit from you insurance.
After performing a dental examination, we will prepare for you a written estimate of the costs of your treatment, and we will send a "Pre-determination" to your insurance company to find out exactly how much your insurance will cover of your treatment costs.
Once your insurance has paid the claim, any difference will be due from the patient upon receipt of our statement. If for any reason, we have not received your insurance carrier's payment 90 days after the claim, the remaining balance will be due and payable by you.
